Hogwarts Legacy features lots of spell combos that players can use in and out of combat, but this was likely not the original intention of the combo system. The player first uses Levioso to lift the cat into the air, before combining it with Depulso to send the cat into the misty beyond. The clip was posted to Reddit by user Opposite-Profile7791, and shows the player petting the cat, before using two spells to lob the animal across the grounds of Hogwarts.
